Schedule an Appointment

If an appointment needs to be canceled, patients must call or leave a message at least 24 hours before the appointment time. 

• Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• There is a $25 fee billed to patient who do not give at least 24 hours notice to cancel their appointment. 
• Same Day Cancellation is not acceptable.
• In the event of three (3) same-day cancellations, the patient may be subject to dismissal from Pronto Health; the Patient will be advised to find a new provider.
